The Contracts Administrator role: Are you an expert communicator with great organisation skills and attention to detail? If yes, then this exciting position, working alongside our apprenticeship sales team may be the administration job for you. Working as part of a team, as a contracts administrator you will work with staff, employers and apprentices on effectively gathering data and using this to help start the apprentice’s journey onto their chosen career path. Key Responsibilities of our Contracts Administrator: Producing high quality apprenticeship paperwork and contracts that conform to Government Advice & Guidance as well as ensuring documents are signed and accurately recorded and stored in a timely manner. Administering the Government’s levy and non-levy funding platform. Answering enquiries from employers on contracts generated. Accurately record keeping utilising the Group’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Providing effective support services to employers and apprentices within the area, maintaining excellent customer service at all times. Preparing, researching and sourcing information to be used by the team to achieve key business targets. Preparing documentation and correspondence to support the core business and administration of the area and ensure that information is sent out in a timely manner. Providing effective administrative support for the successful implementation of Sales and cross-college initiatives, including maintenance of the CRM system. Our ideal Contracts Administrator should have the below skills and experience: GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths at grade C or above NVQ level 2 (or equivalent) in administration or IT or suitable work experience Experience working within an administrative role Time management skills, organisational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines Satisfactorily meeting the Group’s employment checks – a Disclosure and Barring Service Check (including any relevant overseas checks), health assessment, references, qualifications and legal entitlement to work in the UK Closing date: 10 February 2025 Interview date: 5 March 2025 If you would like to learn more about our Contracts Administrator role, then please click ‘apply’ today!
