39 days annual leave (including Bank Holiday and Company days) + 2 wellbeing days a year + weekly exercise and wellbeing hours

We believe gymnastics has the power to amaze like no other sport and we strive to help every gymnast experience this, amazing themselves and others along the way. As the UK’s national governing body for gymnastics, by working closely with our members and partners we aim to lead, support and inspire everyone in gymnastics to do amazing things.
We are looking for a Community Engagement Partner to join our community department, who will focus on connecting and building quality relationships with stakeholders at a regional and local level through delivering direct support to our clubs, leisure providers and schools to help build capacity, improve operations, providing quality safe gymnast experiences and to tackle inequalities.
The Role
The main responsibilities of the role are:
1. Identify, create and maintain key relationships across all delivery partners.
2. Implement products and programmes through engaging locally with clubs, leisure providers and schools; identifying and prioritising community needs and issues.
3. Seek effective ways to service partners and implement products and programmes; develop associated delivery plans to guide delivery and support.
4. Be responsible for delivery and implementation across set areas aligned to department plans and objectives.
5. Coordinate resource and delivery to meet the needs of different partners across all delivery areas.
6. To gain and act upon insight from community partners and relationships to help inform wider delivery areas.
The Person
Applicants will need to demonstrate:
1. Good understanding of gymnastics and its role and value.
2. Good knowledge of the gymnastics landscape.
3. Broad understanding of delivery activities including business operations, gymnast experiences and equality, diversity and inclusion.
4. Ability to build and maintain quality, lasting relationships across the community.
5. Good communication and team working skills to connect and work collaboratively with others across the department and the organisation.
6. A range of administrative skills for effective communications, planning and coordinating meetings and activities, maintaining accurate and timely reports and correspondence.
