Japanese Content & Knowledge Management Advisor Hybrid - 1 day a month in the office London 12 month Contract Up to £220 per day Key Skills; Must be fluent in Japanese – able to read and write content in Japanese language Purpose of the Position: • The Content & Knowledge Management Advisor provides support to the establishment and on-going delivery of HR projects across People Services and broader HR. The role will assist in the delivery of HR initiatives which will increase efficiency, reduce costs and thus contribute to meeting overall business objectives. • The role will be focused on ensuring the content within the HR knowledge base (myHR portal) is accurate and up to date by reviewing and creating new content for local (Japan) and global topics. • The role will have a particular focus on HR content creation for Japan and content must be in dual language (Japanese and English). • The role will report to the Global HR Content & Knowledge Management Specialist and will work closely with People Services other HR teams The following job description is intended to describe the general nature of the job that may include other duties as assumed or assigned; it is not intended to be all-inclusive or limit of the duties of the position. Core Tasks, Responsibilities and Authority: Key Accountabilities: • Responsible for reviewing policies and other HR related documents and summarising key points to create accurate, user-friendly and engaging content for the business • Responsible for reviewing content on local share-point sites and working with local teams to establish where content is accurate and still required • Responsible for supporting the delivery of the myHR portal roadmap and driving future enhancements to employee experience Key Deliverables: • Responsible for supporting the delivery of refreshing our HR knowledge content in ServiceNow within governance framework • Accountable for supporting the Global HR Content & Knowledge Management Specialist with project reporting to share with appropriate stakeholders, reporting on project delivery against agreed benefits • Collaborate with specialists on the creation of clear and consistent HR knowledge in order to minimise the need for employees and managers to escalate queries due to unclear content • Provide support to global HR teams for projects Ways of Working: • Work supportively and collaboratively with other HR teams. • Build relationships and trust with internal customers. • Adopt a continuous improvement mind-set, identifying opportunities to improve the overall HR services further. • Proactively interact with Specialists to understand requirements • Adopt an agile methodology and a continuous improvement mindset If you are interested please apply or send your CV to luke.sandilandscpl.com
