My client is one of the largest new build developers in the UK, with a large number of housing developments in Dorset. They are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join them on one of their flagship developments in Sturminster Newton.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate stability in their employment profile. You will also be able to deliver excellent customer service both on the phone and face to face. I am looking for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working in a target-driven role.
Day to day duties:
1. Dealing with customers face to face or via phone and email.
2. Booking in initial appointments and conducting viewings around the development.
3. Travelling to all the developments in the area.
4. Conducting viewings.
5. Following up calls with customers after enquiries or viewings.
6. Closing sales.
7. Upkeep of the show homes and marketing suite.
8. Maintaining communication with the customer from reservation until their completion date.
9. Aftercare.
