I am currently looking for a Senior Site Manager to be a No1 with a carehome scheme in Basingstoke.
My client is looking for a strong Senior Site Manager to run a carehome project, reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager. This is both a new build and a refurbishment scheme, so experience with similar projects would be ideal.
My client is looking to start as soon as possible.

* CSCS Card
* SMSTS
* First Aid
* Refurbishment experience
* New build experience
