About the Role We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Operations and Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This is an entry-level position with opportunities to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility as we expand. Working directly with the founders, you’ll play a key role in the daily operations and marketing efforts, helping to shape the future of our business. Key Responsibilities Your role will involve a variety of tasks, including but not limited to: Operations Support Analyzing site activity to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Auditing platform activity and ensuring accuracy across records. Processing site activity and managing data collection tasks. Researching relevant companies, partners, and industry trends. Supporting the Community Manager in collecting user feedback and compiling reports. Marketing Assistance Creating visual assets using Canva or similar design tools. Drafting and sending marketing emails. Working on social media and marketing campaigns to engage artists and curators. Engaging with our online community and curators to maximize their platform experience. General Administrative Tasks Collating and preparing reports for internal use. Managing communications and scheduling tasks. Assisting with day-to-day operations as needed.
