Role Overview:
As a part-time Office Assistant, you will provide professional, friendly, and efficient support to the Office Manager and the management team. You can will work 3 full days, including Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. This role requires you to be present in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the general upkeep of the office
Welcome all office visitors upon arrival
Handle various basic administrative and HR tasks such as onboarding admin, organising interviews, and absence reporting
Organise events
Set up meeting rooms and arrange refreshments
Manage inbound calls and inquiries
Order equipment and stationery, and manage supplier relationships
Provide ad-hoc support to the management team and other employees
Produce reports for different teams within the business
