Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
2. Understand client needs and business objectives, providing tailored solutions to enhance customer experience.
3. Monitor and analyse key account performance, ensuring targets are met.
4. Work closely with internal teams.
5. Prepare and present regular reports on client performance, trends, and potential risks.
6. Maximise profitability and maintain long-term partnerships.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to provide strategic insights.
Key Skills & Experience
1. Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, preferably in the marine industry or manufacturing/engineering/logistics.
2. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
3. Excellent communication abilities.
4. Commercial awareness and ability to drive revenue growth.
5. Ability to analyse data and trends to inform decision-making.
6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
7. A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
