We are currently recruiting for Credit Controller to work the following 08:45 - 17:30 Monday – Friday, The role will initially be office based whilst training however after this there will be the option for hybrid working. So come and join this great community. What will I be doing as a Credit Controller? Manage a high volume of calls and emails daily to resolve customer credit and outstanding debtor queries Provide overdue reporting and sales and general ledger analysis for the Credit Manager Review new account requests and report accordingly Ensure disputed invoices are actioned and chased for resolution; provide customers with copy invoices/credit notes and statements as requested Work closely with the Sales teams to ensure orders can be processed promptly for dispatch. About You What are we looking for in a Credit Controller? A good level of experience working in Credit Control with a customer centric approach Good knowledge of Microsoft packages, Word and Excel in particular and able to pick up new systems quickly Able to work at pace and deal with a high volumes of queries with a good problem solving skills A commercial mindset and able to make a good business decision regarding a course of action What can I expect working as a Credit Controller at Nisbets?
