LMS Administrator - Specialist Training Company - Permanent - Monday to Friday - Fully office based - Proficient Excel - Analytical Skills - up to £35.000 depending on experience - Opportunities for growth - Successful and award-winning organisation - Small and friendly team - West London LMS Administrator Job description Leading social care eLearning provider, based in West London looking to recruit an experienced LMS Administrator to support and manage the development and operation of their Moodle and eFront eLearning portals. You should be able to demonstrate success and experience of LMS and administration and have a broad understanding of the 'Learning and Development' landscape. Key Duties Provide Customer Service, web chat support and general client support Liaise with our developers to manage and troubleshoot any issues and improvements with the elearning portal. Set up new clients and manage client accounts on the elearning portals. Support web developers and instructional designers with the development of the eLearning platforms and in-house eLearning courses as well as supporting with updating existing content on the learning platforms. Testing the functionality of courses before they go live. Updating course content when required, using Articulate Rise and Articulate 360. Generate and update LMS content (products, content, copy, images, promotions) Plan, define and implement LMS changes and functional improvements Key Skills and Knowledge Experience working with learning management systems / e-learning platforms or other content management systems Experience of managing helpdesks Solid customer service skills and strong communicator Computer literate and understanding of basic web technologies (FTP, browsers, basic HTML, CSS, data files) Familiar with data management and good experience with Excel Experience of Articulate 360, Articulate Rise, WordPress, Moodle, Google Analytics and ZenDesk would be an advantage In addition, you will have the following attributes: Strong communicator who is comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
