We are currently recruiting for a Retail Sales Advisor to work the following:
40 hours a week, Working Monday- Friday
Hourly Rate: £11.70 / Annual Salary: £24,336
About The Role

You will contribute to the daily operations of the store. Be passionate and driven to achieve excellent store sales performance and agreed key performance indicators, whilst delivering first-class customer service. Maintain a well-presented commercial environment in line with company policies, creating a safe place for all store visitors.
What will I be doing as a Retail Sales Advisor?
1. You’ll be the foundation of the store so customer focus will be your number one priority offering a welcoming experience for all that enter the store.
2. You’ll spend time with our customers giving them support and advice on their purchasing needs.
3. You’ll get to know your local community and spend time contacting them to raise awareness of your store and the vast range of products we stock, always encouraging them to come and visit.
4. You’ll contact previous customers of the store to let them know about special promotions and new product lines.
5. You’ll produce quotes for large and more complex orders and track those through to completion.

1. Competitive Hourly Rate: £11.70
2. Performance related bonus paid quarterly onto your annual salary (pro rata for part time).

About You
What are we looking for in a Retail Sales Advisor?
The ideal candidate should have a passion for customer experience and satisfaction with a proactivity and willingness to go the extra mile to find the right solution for the customer. They should take pride in personal and store standards, continuously looking for ways to improve the customer experience.
1. We look for natural communicators, someone who is a personable and sociable individual and wants to work for an ever-growing business.
2. We need a good level of IT Literacy as you will be preparing quotes for customers and operating different systems and using Excel, Word and Outlook.
3. Someone who is commercially focused and motivated by hitting store targets.
4. Someone with a great work ethic and driven to work hard and contribute to the store’s success.
5. Enjoys working as part of, and contributing to a successful team.
6. Organised with great time keeping.
7. Basic numeracy, literacy & IT skills.
8. Great verbal and written communicator.
9. Driven by team and personal success.
