TQR are working with an exciting new client, overseeing their recruitment for a Registered Manager covering areas of Cornwall. Our client specialises in supporting people who have learning disabilities, brain injuries, autism, and other similar support needs to live independently in their own homes.

Delivering high-quality care Leading services that are Safe, Caring, Responsive, Effective, and Well-Led.
Leading & developing teams Coaching, motivating, and supporting Practice Leaders, Hub Leaders, and Outreach Leaders.
Driving best practice Championing Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), trauma-informed approaches, and active support.
Ensuring compliance & growth Managing budgets, policies, and professional relationships while driving service development.
Providing leadership beyond your service Taking part in organisational projects, risk management, and growth strategies.
On-call responsibilities Participating in regional on-call duties every 46 weeks.

Requirements:
Essential: Due to service locations, you will be a driver with access to your own vehicle to ensure service oversight.
Previous CQC registration is desirable.
Recognised relevant professional qualification or equivalent (e.g. nursing / social work / management / Leadership in Social Care). Lv.2 or equivalent in functional skills (numeracy & literacy)
Primarily based in a Regional Office you may also be required, on occasions, to work throughout the South-West services along with remote and mobile working. Some national travel may be required. You will work as part of an on-call rota as 1st response.
