Our "Good"-rated primary school in Crewe is on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistant to join us in January. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of a supportive, energetic team, with a daily rate of £85–£95. As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll work alongside experienced teachers to deliver tailored support to students with diverse needs and backgrounds. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve working closely with small groups and individual students, providing them with the guidance and encouragement they need to stay engaged and progress in their learning. You’ll assist with planning and delivering creative, effective learning activities, as well as supporting classroom management to ensure a positive, focused environment for everyone.
We’re looking for someone who brings patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to the classroom. Previous experience working in a primary school setting is highly desirable, but above all, we value a strong commitment to helping students reach their potential. You’ll be a key part of each child’s journey, building positive relationships and helping them build confidence in their learning.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
