What You'll Be Doing as a Service Administrator: Providing administrative support to service operations. Liaising with field engineers and coordinating site visits. Managing client data, worksheets, and document uploads with precision. Handling customer queries and preparing project invoices. Supporting reporting tasks and data cross-referencing. Answering calls and managing communications with professionalism.What We're Looking For in a Service Administrator: A minimum of 2 years' administrative or Customer service experience. Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and over the phone. Strong Microsoft Office and data entry skills with high attention to detail. The ability to juggle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
