Achieve and exceed targeted sales and productivity. Fully utilise our CRM system to secure opportunities, and ensure an excellent service is delivered. Utilise intelligence to be proactive with market insights, and take strategic action to grow our business. Build a strong and active portfolio of dedicated customers. Efficiently plan logistical routes to customers and stakeholders. Seek 360 degree feedback, conduct relevant market research, and adopt sales approach based on findings. Undertake any other duties as reasonably required. Your working pattern: Monday to Friday Between 8am to 5pm 60-minute break Areas of focus (company car included): Inverness Aberdeen Dundee Perth Shetland and Orkney Islands (twice per year, involves ferry transport) You: Driving licence (required) Proven track record of delivering growth, profitability and cost efficiency Product range, competitor and flooring industry knowledge IT literate, data accuracy and manipulation Build and maintain committed relationships with stakeholders and colleagues High standard of numeracy and literacy skills Confidence, self-motivation, and excellent communication skills Strong sales experience including a transferable customer base (desirable) Please ensure you are happy with the commute before applying.
