We are looking for a Level 3 Business Administration Apprentice with strong organisation and communication skills to join our team. You’ll be ready to take ownership of tasksfrom start to finish and seek out opportunities for continuous improvement andgrowth Job Description Project & Resource Coordination: Support system design, quotations, and material procurement for renewable energy services. Scheduling & Administration: Coordinate field engineer schedules and work closely with subcontractors and suppliers Stock & Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, and ensure efficient stock use across both installation and maintenance projects. Customer & Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and providing timely project updates while maintaining excellent customer service. Problem-Solving & Continuous Improvement: Actively identify challenges within our systems and processes, finding innovative solutions and contributing to process improvements for greater efficiency and service delivery. Rate of pay £10.00 per hour Hours of work 40 hours per week Monday -Friday 8am-4.30pm Qualifications The successful candidate will possess Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent) grade C/4 or above Essential Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients, engineers, and suppliers. Proactive problem-solving approach to both physical and digital challenges. A focus on operational efficiency and profitability while maintaining high customer service standards Proficiency in Microsoft Office and or Google Docs/Sheets Desireable Experience in the use of field management and/or stock managementsoftware experience in the use of Trello/Slack or otherdigital task management software Benefits
