I am working alongside a logistics company in the Greater Manchester area who are looking to add a Payroll & Accounts Administrator to their established team. They are a successful local business and are looking to add a payroll & accounts professional to a customer-facing role to be a key part of their business day to day.
The client is looking for someone with end-to-end payroll experience and familiar with accounts from a customer-facing background.
Key Duties/Tasks:
1. Technical skills: systems preferred (Sage) & Excel
2. Support the busy payroll & Accounts department
3. Working alongside sales to process bookings and offer quotes to customers
4. Processing a weekly payroll
5. Accounts responsibilities such as processing invoices, conducting checks, dealing with remittances, etc.
6. Provide comprehensive advice to employees in relation to payroll queries.
7. Working to multiple deadlines

Normal working hours are 35 hours per week, 09:00am to 4:00pm with a 1 hr unpaid break.
