Job summary To primarily provide a range of basic administration support to identified administration staff as appropriate. To cover for colleagues during break times and absence periods where needed. Main duties of the job Key Responsibilities: To assist the Senior Administrator and Team in providing a wide range of clerical and administrative duties. To assist with audio typing / proof reading letters and reports as directed. To provide general office duties to include distributing incoming/outgoing mail, scanning and photocopying as required. Answer telephone calls from patients and external organisations promptly and efficiently. To book rooms as appropriate for clinics or meetings. To support the maintenance and management of the office environment, including stationery provision. Demonstrate tasks to new starters, including temporary staff, if required. Reception cover on an adhoc basis Any other duties as may be delegated.
