KS1 Class Teacher
Job Description
Location: Romford, Greater London, England
Job Type: Temporary, Full-Time
Salary: £120 - £210 Per day
Benefits: £50 referral fee
Job Duties:
1. Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons for Key Stage 1 students
2. Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed
3. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
4. Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development
5. Adhere to school policies and procedures
Required Qualifications:
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
7. Knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
9. Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all students
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in Key Stage 1
Knowledge and Skills:
10. Strong classroom management skills
11. Understanding of assessment and feedback practises
12. Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
13. Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
14. Experience working with diverse student populations
Working Conditions:
This role involves working with young children in a classroom setting. Full-time hours are expected, with occasional meetings and events outside of regular school hours.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
