Role Specification: Ensure high-quality service is delivered consistently, focusing on guest relations, service quality, and monitoring guest satisfaction. Advise on new methods and approaches to improve service delivery, and demonstrate the ability to implement these ideas effectively. Monitor staffing levels and manage rotas to ensure suffificent cover that meets the needs of the business. Ensure the team maintains satisfactory timekeeping and attendance. Demonstrate leadership and commitment to staff development and human resource management, ensuring equal opportunities are upheld. Engage with guests to gather feedback and ensure their satisfaction whilst addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively. Evaluate current service methods and identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions to stay competitive and meet customer expectations. Hold monthly meetings to discuss operational aspects, including objectives, sales targets, standards, and maintenance. Promote an inclusive and supportive workplace culture.
