About the Role
As a key member of our commercial team, you will take ownership of contract management, cost control, risk mitigation, and profitability across a range of precast projects. You’ll work closely with our production, design, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within construction or precast concrete
* Strong commercial acumen and contract management skills
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
* Ability to work on-site in Brandon with occasional travel to our other UK and Ireland locations if required

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and assess interim applications and final accounts for projects.
* Identify and manage contract variations throughout the project lifecycle.
* Oversee sub-contracts, ensuring all contractual requirements are met.
* Negotiate and review contract terms with clients and subcontractors.
* Resolve contractual disputes proactively and efficiently.
* Assess and manage credit risks to safeguard financial stability.
* Compile and present monthly Work in Progress (WIP) reports, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
* Contribute to tender preparation and project pricing.
* Attend pre-contract meetings as needed to support project success.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:
* BSc (Hons 2.1) in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
