Service Admin Assistant
Location: Hybrid between Bristol (Warmley) office BS30 and home
Hours: 35 per week (Monday – Friday, 9am - 5pm)
Salary: £21,840 per annum
Contract Type: Permanent

If so, you could join us as a Service Administration Assistant, providing efficient support to colleagues, members of the public and external organisations.
A day in the life of a Service Admin Assistant:
* General administrative duties including dealing with emails and answering telephone enquiries.
* Organising meetings and taking minutes.
* Data entry and preparing reports with great accuracy.
* This is a hybrid role between the Warmley office and home. You will have the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a greater team. You’ll be assisting the First Call Service in Bristol, as part of the wider Health and Care team in the South West and Channel Islands.
* To be successful in this position you must have the following skills and experience:
* Positive, passionate and enthusiastic approach to customer service.
* Confident in using telephone systems, computer databases, Microsoft packages including Teams and Outlook with the ability to create, amend and manipulate Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications.
* General administrative duties including answering the telephone and scanning, meeting and greeting staff, volunteers and members of the public.
* Outgoing with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both virtually and face to face).
* Ability to deal with queries in a diplomatic, professional and confidential manner both verbally and in writing.
* Ability to work accurately, check documentation for accuracy, etc.
