As our business continues to grow, we are looking to expand our Sales Support team with a Cambridge office based Sales Support Assistant. The role will be busy supporting and facilitating the company sales process; where the successful candidate will be answering incoming telephone calls from healthcare clients wishing to order products, producing quotations, processing incoming orders, organising shipping and logistics, answering questions on products from our internal sales team, and deputising for our Sales Office Administrator and Sales Office Manager.

The Sales Support Assistant role will involve:
1. Handling incoming sales enquiries and managing the incoming enquiries inbox
2. Processing orders including organising shipping and logistics
3. Producing sales quotations, working closely with Account Managers and Directors particularly on Capital sales quotations, tenders, and logistics
4. Providing information to support the sales process
5. Providing support with tender submissions including liaison with other departments to gather information necessary for submissions
Full training for the Sales Support Assistant will be provided.
We are particularly interested in applicants who are:
1. A team player with a proactive and flexible approach to their work
2. Ability to multitask effectively and prioritise work based on customer needs
3. Strong customer service skills and experience of working in a busy telephone-based environment
4. Experience of working in a sales environment would be advantageous, particularly in tender coordination and/or logistics
