Keep reading The Influencer Manager position is a key role within our organisation and supports the PR & Influencer Manager with the overall Dermalogica influencer strategy and implementation. This varied role requires a creati ve mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a hands-on, creative, beauty-enthusiast who can lead the UK Influencer end-to-end strategy and implementation, plus support the day-to- day running of the press office. The responsibilities of the Influencer Manager…. Could this be you? Lead the organic and paid Influencer strategy for the UK. Working with the wider marketing and digital teams to execute Influencer plans that deliver results across all channels. Own all aspects of the Influencer paid partnerships, including: sourcing influencers for key campaigns, negotiate fees, draft contracts and create brief for always on and innovation campaigns and manage content approval/feedback. Manage a team of 1 direct-report who oversee and execute the in-house micro influencer and community programme. Liaise with Digital and Paid media teams to ensure budget is optimized and EMV targets are being met Use Tribe Dynamics to monitor all influencer campaigns and deliver weekly and monthly reports on key individual metrics, total brand performance and competitor analysis Lead all company-wide Influencers comms, including reporting to business stakeholders and presenting learnings on best practice to maximise ROI Own, allocate, track and report on Influencer budget. Work with the Social Media Manager to ensure BIC influencer coverage is featured on the dermalogicauk channels. Work closely with the Irish PR & Marketing Manager to support plans in Ireland. Support wider regional retail and digital programmes as required i.e. social selling, TikTok campaigns, consumer/PR events and digital sampling. Do you have the below skills? Significant experience in talent management with a proven track record of success Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to meet short deadlines Must be confident in KPI and goal setting for all activations, with a keen mind for commercial reporting Must be able to collaborate and build strong inter-departmental relationships in a large company Ability to think creatively and execute tasks whilst using a data-driven mindset Strong eye for design and aesthetics Must be experienced in reviewing influencer content for approval, giving constructive feedback if amends are required to meet content briefs. Strong set of talent contacts across skincare and lifestyle creators Influencer negotiation and contracting Experience in Tribe Dynamics analytics software or similar Passion for skincare and beauty EXPERIENCE REQUIRED A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Influencer management, with a proven track record of success Management experience required Experience within beauty industry/luxury preferred Experience with Influencer Management tools such as Tribe Dynamics What is in it for you?
