About the Role
We are seeking a skilled IT Engineer to provide high-level technical support and hands-on assistance across various environments. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge technologies and requires a broad technical skill set.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support & Troubleshooting - Provide 1st to 3rd -line support, including network, system, and application troubleshooting.
IT Infrastructure Management - Work with Windows 10/11 (Professional, Enterprise, and Education), Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
Cloud Services & Networking - Administer Azure/Microsoft 365 (Google experience is a plus), manage access points, Switches, and Firewalls, and oversee system upgrades, integration, and rollouts .
Client-Facing Engagement - Deliver remote and onsite IT support across multiple locations while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Technical Growth - Stay ahead of technological advancements and work in a variety of industries and environments.
What We're Looking For
Experience - Minimum 5 years in IT support, networking, and infrastructure.
Skills - Strong multitasking abilities, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work independently and in a team.
Communication - Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to engage professionally with clients.
Mobility - Own vehicle required for travel to client sites.
