It is looking for an Associate who is keen to get involved in a broad range of contentious work spanning mainstream commercial/contractual disputes, specialist banking and financial services disputes, insolvency, fraud, and asset tracing. Process
Interviews will take place by videoconference with start dates typically around 3-4 months later (depending on your notice period). Our clients provide comprehensive assistance with visas (where required) and relocation.
Requirements
The role is likely to suit someone with around 1-4 years’ experience in commercial/insolvency litigation. You will be admitted in the UK, Ireland or in a Commonwealth jurisdiction (e.g. Australia, New Zealand, South Africa). Applicants will need strong academics (2.1 minimum) and will have trained/practised with a respected City, regional UK or international firm (or a commercial/chancery chambers).
