Job Description
Accounts Assistant responsibilities include:
3. Match invoices to stock receipts
4. Reconciliation of supplier accounts on a monthly basis
5. Prepare the quarterly VAT return for Management review
6. Administration of VAT from imports / exports
7. Produce remittance schedules from customer portals
8. Resolve incomplete invoices manually
9. Ensure invoices and payments received are correctly posted
10. Ad-hoc duties as required
The Successful Applicant
The candidate will have:
11. Experience working within a similar Accounting role - Required
12. Be studying towards or fully AAT qualified - Desirable
13. Ability to work well under pressure - Required
14. Good working knowledge of MS Excel - Required
15. Strong organisational, time-management and interpersonal skills - Required
16. Ability to work well alone or as part of a team - Required
