Job Description HR Helpdesk Advisor / HR Administrator / HR Admin / Warwickshire / Permanent I am currently working with a leading Warwickshire based business to recruit a HR Helpdesk Advisor. You will be joining a small team of 5 Helpdesk advisors and will be responsible for the following: Providing support and advice to colleagues via phone and email on company policies and a range of inquiries, utilizing the Halo ticketing system Collaborating with the Employee Relations team on low-level cases, including AWOL, probation, and misconduct situations Managing administrative tasks such as sending out contracts and maintaining records using the HR Workday system With a hybrid working structure. This role will be based in the office 3 days per week and 2 days from home.
