Assessing all PA requests received against BSW ICB policy and ensuring that clinical threshold criteria are met. Support the senior manager Attend meetings as necessary, report progress and resolve issues.Manage the day-to-day work of the administrative team Lead for the team in the quick and successful resolution of queries. Escalating matters that require senior input. Disseminate information to the team and act as a first point of contact. Ensure that all communication with service users is delivered or processed in a timely fashion and inline with our self imposed timescales. Represent the team at meetings as required.
