Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Team Manager/Head of Centre, we are seeking a Property Inventory Clerk to join our dedicated and dynamic team based in Aylesbury. As a Property Inventory Clerk, experience is beneficial but not essential. You will be responsible for carrying out detailed Inventory reports to ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process for our tenants and landlords as well as carrying out mid-term inspections to ensure our properties are kept in the highest condition. While working alongside a team, the majority of this role will be independent, therefore you will need to be confident in working alone.
Key Responsibilities:
* Arrange and book property inspections with tenants, conducting an average of 15 inspections or 5-10 inventories each day.
* Confirm visits prior to attending.
* Collect & return keys from local offices.
* Conduct inspections, checking:
- External condition of Property
- Communal areas (if applicable)
- Internal condition
- Compliance with current legislation
- Safety and risk assessments.
* Complete reports and the approval process.
* Provide feedback to the property manager regarding any maintenance issues.
* Submit reports to both Landlords and Tenants, including a written summary and a call if issues are noted.
* Diarise follow-ups for the Property Manager.
