Lead the development of cutting-edge Command and Control systems for a leading defence organisation.
We are seeking an experienced leader to head the development of a Command and Control (C2) system, responsible for managing the development of a C2 product and overseeing its integration onto customer platforms. The C2 portfolio includes advanced solutions for UK domestic and export customers, particularly in Land and Maritime air-defence missile programmes, as well as new directed energy weapons programmes.
As the Head of C2 System, you will lead a team of systems engineers, handling requirements analysis, collaborative design efforts across software, hardware, human factors, and algorithms engineering disciplines, and proving plans and generating compliance evidence leading to certification of the product.

Key Responsibilities:
