Working in partnership with NHS Continuing Healthcare teams, our enhanced level of specialist clinical support enables people to remain at home even when the level of healthcare required is highly complex.
We deliver care 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Job Description:
We are recruiting enthusiastic, reliable, and adaptable carers for day or night shifts, including weekends, within the Twickenham and Hounslow area. 10-hour shifts are available from 9am to 7pm.
6 months of previous care experience is preferable; however, full training, supervision, and support are given to all successful candidates.
Our carer development centre comprises of:
* Interview and training rooms
* Specialist and fully equipped skills labs for bespoke training to cover a wide range of client-specific needs, including:
* Tracheostomy care
* Invasive and non-invasive ventilation
* Cough assist
* Autonomic Dysreflexia
* Oxygen therapy and monitoring
* Enteral feeding
* Epilepsy and seizure management
* Behaviours which challenge
* Complex moving and positioning

Pay Rates:
* Hourly pay rates range between £14 – 17.93 p/hr.
* Our client base requires ongoing care, 24 hours a day, benefiting from the continuity of a small core team of regular care staff.
* Specialist carers work with one client per shift and do not travel between multiple homes. The average shift duration is 12 hours.
* As a guide, the average carer works three shifts (36 hours) per week and earns £500 - £555 per week.
* This equates to an average annual income of between £26,200 - £28,950.
* We employ all staff directly and manage all aspects of your pay via PAYE.

Requirements:
