Pharmacy Manager Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Pharmacy Manager to lead our high-performing team at our established community pharmacy in Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire.
About the Role:
* Lead a team that delivers exceptional customer service and care
* Provide support to the pharmacy team
* Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy
* Drive business growth and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Build relationships with GPs and healthcare professionals in the area
Requirements:
* Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
* MPharm, BPharm, or equivalent qualification
* Post-qualification experience in a pharmacy environment
* Excellent management, leadership, and communication skills
