Location: Neath Port Talbot Hospital. On Site.
Contract: Full Time, Permanent.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Technical Manager, you'll be working within the Hard Services FM team, supporting them in delivery of the contract across the hospital site.
Your day to day will include:
* Technical lead for the contract
* Responsible for the management of the hard services team, undertaking performance monitoring to ensure compliance with statutory, contractual, and corporate requirements.
* Management responsibility all maintenance activities/tasks, ensuring all are completed on time, with supporting documentation available and any remedial works identified, instructed, recorded, and completed.
* Liaise with and support the Project Manager in all technical matters relating to capital works and identification of future asset replacement.
* Provide a monthly reporting to the Contract Manager for insertion into the Monthly Report.
* Development of staff and the associated training; ensure all staff are undertaking their duties in line with contractual requirements, Kier procedures and their job description.
* Coordinating AP across relevant disciplines
What are we looking for?
This role of Technical Manager is great for you if:
* M&E background and experience in facilities management is essential.
* Experience of working in a Healthcare Environment is desirable.
* Experience in managing a maintenance team.
* Qualified to ONC or equivalent in engineering or proven experience and ideally HNC.
