We’re seeking a Lead Small Animal Vet to join our brand-new, independent practice in Mansfield. Why This Role Exists: Following the success of our two other branches, Mansfield is our third independent practice. We’re currently undergoing extensive refurbishment to offer state-of-the-art facilities, including separate dog and cat wards, digital x-ray, ultrasound, and a newly created preparation and theatre suite. Role Overview: As a Lead Vet, you'll be a key member of our team, working in a fully equipped practice where you can develop cases to a high clinical standard. We're dedicated to supporting your professional growth and ensuring you thrive in our collaborative, career-focused environment. About You: Experience: 4 – 7 years in practice Skills & Ambition: A confident and capable vet with strong surgical skills, comfortable with sole charge. While previous leadership experience is a plus, it’s not essential—we’re looking for someone ready to step into a leadership role. Certifications: Ideally, you will have certification or be working towards a one.
