We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our client's busy team. Reporting to the Sales Office Manager, the successful candidate will ensure efficient order processing, timely dispatches, and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:. Address customer queries and translate orders efficiently. Allocate stock, liaise with departments to meet deadlines. Assist in solving issues affecting order dispatch. Prepare and distribute quotations and dispatch documentation. Coordinate with product specialists and sales teams Profile:. Previous experience in a Sales Coordinator role. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail. Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook. Working knowledge of SAP is desirable but not essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
