We’ve recently moved intobrand-new premises, and as we expand, we’re looking for someone withmotor trade experience—ideally inServiceorSales—to help keep our workshop and customer experience running smoothly.
This is avaried role, providing vital support to both theService and Sales teams, ensuring everything operates efficiently while delivering an outstanding customer experience. As our business continues to grow, this role could evolve into amore service-focused or sales-drivenposition, offering great career progression.

The Role
As aCustomer Support Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of our growing team, responsible for:
* Providing administrative supportto the Sales and Service departments.
* Managing vehicle administrationacross our CWC franchises.
* Maintaining stock recordsfor consignment vehicles.
* Coordinating vehicle deliveriesand tracking confirmed orders.
* Preparing month-end reportsand ensuring all sales documentation is in order.
* Scheduling drivers efficientlyto meet workshop and customer expectations.
* Processing vehicle transfersand ensuring all documentation is completed correctly.
What We’re Looking For
* Motor industry experience– ideally in Service or Sales.
* Excellent administrative & computer skills, including Microsoft Excel & Word.
* Strong telephone & customer service skills– you’ll be a key point of contact.
