Description Premises Co-ordinator (Primary) East Central Office, Wickham Market Primary School, Woodbridge, IP13 0RP £30,383 - £33,892 per annum (£31,586 - £35235 pro rata) 37 hours per week, 44 weeks per annum ( term time plus 6 weeks) Permanent Reference: 6529 Reports to: Chief Operating Officer We have an exciting opportunity for the right person to work as Premises Co-ordinator (Primaries) based at our Trust office based within Wickham Market Primary School. As our Premises Co-ordinator you will undertake a range of premises management duties to support our five primary schools (Aldeburgh, Easton, Leiston, Saxmundham, Wickham Market). Working with the COO and Maintenance Operative you will be a crucial part of our premises team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised, confident individual with excellent administration and communication skills to join Central Team as Premises Co-ordinator, which is part of the Premises Team. This is a varied role which involves the day to day administration and coordination of premises tasks, maintenance and compliance. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the school estates, to ensure compliance with all regulations for buildings, fire, health and safety and others, as relevant. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within a premises or facilities role.
