Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – SEN/SEMH Schools in Spilsby
Location: Spilsby and Surrounding Areas
Pay: £85 - £100 per day (dependent on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 15:30 (Term time only)

We are seeking dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join schools in Spilsby and the surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference in the lives of young learners.
Responsibilities:
* Work with SEN and SEMH students to provide tailored support, ensuring they engage and progress in their learning.
* Support students in developing confidence, independence, and coping strategies.
* Collaborate with teachers and school staff to create a safe and inclusive learning environment.
* Assist with classroom activities, group work, and individual sessions.
Minimum Requirements:
* Experience working with SEN/SEMH students or a strong desire to learn.
* A compassionate, patient, and resilient approach to working with young people.
* Full-time availability during term time (Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 15:30).
* Ability to adapt to various educational settings and individual needs.
