This role offers a fantastic opportunity to enter one of the fastest-growing industries globally Location: Fully Remote Salary: £25,000 per year Key Responsibilities: Extract and compile data from various sources to initiate parcel tracking and onward journey through our systems. Manage pre-alerts by notifying suppliers of incoming parcel volumes (road and air solutions), including details like arrival time, parcel type, and volume. Liaise with customers, suppliers, and warehouses to ensure accurate information and resolve any issues that arise. Report concerns or irregularities to the Quality Retail Team Leader. Update in-house systems with export entries to show proof of export of origin. Skills & Experience: eCommerce knowledge is a plus, with an understanding of its core principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong communication skills to engage effectively with customers and suppliers. Exceptional time-management and multi-tasking abilities to handle competing priorities. A keen eye for detail to ensure data accuracy and smooth operations.
