A well-established and respected Bognor Regis area employer is looking to recruit a full-time HR Advisor on a fixed-term contract basis.
Job Description
As HR Advisor, you will be responsible for:
* Providing a professional high-quality HR provision, delivering general HR advice, guidance, and solutions on a broad range of human resource issues, interpreting and advising on employee relations, including complex cases, terms and conditions policies and procedures, and employment legislation.
* Working closely with all parties to resolve both informal and formal employee relations matters such as absence management, disciplinary, capability/performance, and grievance cases.
* In conjunction with the HR Manager and Recruitment Co-Ordinator, assisting and supporting the recruitment process.
* Maintaining, updating, and accurately recording all ER casework (e.g., disciplinary, grievance, capability, and absence management), ensuring records are thorough.
* Actively participating in HR initiatives alongside HR Business Partners.
* Preparing and updating standard HR documentation and reports relating to all areas of HR management to ensure consistency and accuracy in line with strategy, policy, and legal compliance.
* Coordinating Occupational Health referrals, ensuring timely and appropriate support for employees.
* Liaising with employees and the Occupational Health provider to facilitate assessments, gather relevant information, and ensure clear communication regarding recommendations and next steps.
* Providing guidance to managers on implementing OH advice, supporting employees' wellbeing, and ensuring compliance with Trust policies and legal obligations.
The Successful Applicant
* CIPD Level 3+
* Previous knowledge of working in an HR Advisory role
* Practical experience of managing ER cases
* On-site in the Bognor Regis office
