I am working with an innovative organisation who are seeking a talented Internal Communications Specialist to join their team on a part-time basis to help enhance their internal communication strategies and ensure employees are well-informed and engaged. This role will be responsible for developing and executing internal communication plans that support the organisational goals and foster a positive work environment so they requires a creative and strategic thinker who can effectively communicate with employees at all levels. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement internal communication strategies and plans. Create engaging content for internal newsletters, emails, intranet, and other communication channels. Coordinate and manage internal events and initiatives. Collaborate with various departments to gather and disseminate important information. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication efforts and make improvements as needed. Ensure consistency and alignment of messaging across all internal communication platforms. Support the HR team in promoting company culture and values. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in internal communications or a similar role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms (e.g., email marketing software, intranet systems). Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
