Salary: GBP22 - GBP23 per hour CIS

Role Responsibilities:
1. Deliver the Electrical Programme of Planned Works, including Aids and Adaptations and Kitchens.
2. Ensure all electrical repairs and installations comply with the latest regulations and are completed to the satisfaction of tenants.
3. Manage your workload independently, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all tasks.
4. Support other areas of the business, such as responsive repairs and maintenance, as needed.
5. Act as a mentor to trainees, fostering a learning environment within the team.
6. Comply with all policies and practices, including health and safety and equality, diversity, and inclusion.
Skills and Experience Required:
1. Qualifications: City and Guilds 2360-Part 1 and Part 2, NVQ Level 3 Including AM2, City and Guilds 2330 Levels 2 and 3, or equivalent. Current Edition of the Wiring Regulations (City and Guilds 2382-10 or 2382-20) is essential.
2. Experience: Proven experience in property maintenance, particularly within the social housing sector. Knowledge of heating systems and the general building/construction industry is crucial.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in IT, including the use of smartphones and tablets, and strong written, numeracy, and verbal skills.
4. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a customer-focused approach and experience in supervising sub-contractors.
