Concierge - Birmingham and Sandwell Supported Housing
£23,809.50 FTE per annum rising to £24,570.00 FTE per annum from 1st May

About the role
To provide a front of house, customer focused concierge service, following the principles of PIE and Trauma Informed practice. Delivering a day-to-day concierge service across supported accommodation while working in partnership with both internal and external teams.
Shifts include Monday to Friday between 8pm-8am, Saturday 4pm-8am, Sunday 24 hours 8am to 8am Monday, with occasional days.
Responsibilities include:
1. Providing targeted and persistent ineligible service charge collection.
2. Monitoring and supporting site security, reception, administration, hygiene, laundry, and cleanliness.
3. Carrying out emergency cleaning, H&S or Wellbeing checks on a rota basis.
4. Supporting tight void management and void turnaround.
5. Providing starter sign up for new licensees to enable emergency placement for service users (emergency beds and Domestic Abuse services only).
Essential to the Role
* Experience of working within a supported housing environment.
* Experience of keeping accurate and compliant records.
* Experience of working with Microsoft applications.
