The Role:
As a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you will play a key role in supporting the class teacher to deliver lessons across a variety of subjects. Your focus will be on providing personalised assistance to individual students and small groups. You will assist in planning lessons, help create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment, and work to ensure that every student achieves their full potential. This role is perfect for someone passionate about education and dedicated to helping children succeed.

This school equips every child with the resources they need to succeed, and the staff work together to create a nurturing environment that supports academic, social, and emotional development. They are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic HLTA to join their team, with the role commencing after Easter.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support class teachers in delivering engaging lessons and help ensure that students remain focused and make progress.
* Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, both inside and outside the classroom.
* Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
* Assist with supporting students' emotional well-being and social development.
* Help with administrative tasks such as preparing learning resources and tracking student progress.
* Offer targeted interventions for children with additional needs when necessary.
* Maintain effective communication with parents, teachers, and staff.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
