The role holders will act as the primary contact to support, maintain and develop appropriate student conduct and behaviour. The role holder will work as part of a central team to support students to exemplify Oaklands College values and behave as responsible, respectful and active citizens.

We are looking for the role holder to be pro-active in working with colleagues across the College to ensure that policies, procedures and service in relation to student conduct and behaviour are clear and effective. In this position, you will be college based to support the enforcement of the college’s Positive Behaviour policy. The post holder is required to promote and safeguard the welfare of the young people they are responsible for or come into contact with. You will also be responsible for contributing to the development of relevant policy and strategy documents and campaigns and assist in related projects and initiatives.
The ideal candidate will demonstrates strong leadership skills that inspire and motivate individuals and teams to achieve their best performance, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Exhibit a proactive and creative mindset, continuously seeking new and improved ways to enhance behaviour. Remain composed and focused under pressure, maintaining a positive attitude and motivating others to do the same, fostering resilience and adaptability. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively. Previous experience proven experience of working with young people to motivate and empower them to manage and monitor their own behaviour is essential, along with a commitment to providing a high-quality student experience.
