1. Attending exit interviews
2. Working alongside line managers to oversee absence management
3. Process occupational health referrals
4. Posting advert for jobs and shortlisting candidates
5. Overseeing health and safety
Essential experience / skills:
6. CIPD Level 3 or above
7. HR Administration,pliance Administration or HR Advisor experience
8. Experience working in a stand alone role with the ability to use initiative to make decisions
9. Recruitment administration knowledge pliance, RTW, onboarding etc)
