Job Title: Nursery Practitioner (Level 3)

Hours: 37 hours per week - 39 weeks per year (includes INSET)

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced practitioner to join us in the running of a pre-school facility for 3 and 4 year olds. This is a chance to join a highly experienced and professional team with the aim of providing an excellent early years setting for local children. The successful candidate will be passionate about working in childcare, supporting a team, and relishing the challenge of keeping practice current and relevant.
The desired candidate must be passionate about children’s learning and development, have excellent communication skills, enjoy getting messy, and embrace all aspects of learning indoors and outdoors, whatever the weather. A successful applicant must have a keen belief in a child-centred approach and learning through play. They will share our passion for providing a creative curriculum and will share our love of open-ended investigation and exploration.

A level 3 early years qualification (NNEB, NVQ3, BTEC or equivalent) is an essential requirement. All applicants must have at least 1 year of experience working within an early years setting.
