4. Collaborate closely with social work teams, multi-agency partners, families, and carers to meet the needs of children and provide accessible support services.
5. Oversee comprehensive assessments and develop support plans tailored to the needs of carers and families.
6. Efficiently manage resources and budgets to optimise service delivery.
