Personal Assistant (Fluent French Speaking)
Location: City of London - Hybrid Working
Salary: £29,000 - £30,000 *DOE

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide PA and Administrative support to the CEO and wider teams
* Diary and calendar management, inbox management, organising and scheduling meetings and travel arrangements
* Taking minutes in meetings and actioning where necessary
* Ensure all meetings are set up with the correct equipment and documents
* Assist with events
* Deal with incoming client calls and queries, supporting the client services team
* Document management, assisting with confidential documentation, files and presentations
* Oversee general office support and office management
Ideal Candidate Qualities and Skills:
* Fluent in French and English
* Some office-based supporting experience
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Systems
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* High level of integrity and professionalism when dealing with confidential information
